SHIPPING POLICY

It takes 1-2 days to fulfill an order, after which the orders are shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: CANADA: 5-10 business days, USA: 5-10 business days, International: 10-20 business days. 

ALL orders in Canada are shipped Expedited with Tracking services.  Orders to the USA and Europe are shipped International - Air with Tracking.  Expedited orders with Tracking is also available.   

 

Please plan your purchases in advance during the COVID-19 pandemic, or Holiday peak season, as there may be periodic shipping delays in Canada, USA and Worldwide shipments. Your orders will be sent out with tracking, so that you can track your shipment.

RETURNS POLICY

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know and we will make it right!  You can contact us via e-mail at Admin@DVDNationwide.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong item or damaged item.

ALL out orders are bar coded with the order number and item number, to ensure accuracy and integrity of your orders, so you can rest assured that we will ship exactly what you ordered.

All prices are in Canadian dollars

All DVD's and Blu-ray's are NEW and Region 1 [North America]

English, French and Spanish available on most DVD's / Blu-ray's, unless otherwise specified

DVD's & Blu-ray's may come with Slip Cover (depending on the release from the Manufacturer)

Digital Copies MAY EXPIRE per Manufacturer's specifications
